It’s a New Year

Hello 2015!

It’s a new year and that means new resolutions that we can all pretend to forget about by the time February hits. The start of a new year is a time to take control of our lives. We can accomplish so much if we act on our goals. My guess is that you made a list of things you want to do as your “New Year’s resolutions” and then you threw it out on January 1st pretending it never existed. Maybe you got a membership to that new gym you think you will start working out in, but you went once and never returned. It’s much easier to claim to work out then to actually do the deed. I hope that you made goals, not resolutions.

Resolutions solve problems, and your goals should not be a problem but something you reach for. It isn’t a resolution to work out, but instead; it is a resolution to work out and feel healthy and productive.
