Sex-Ed Resources at Grace
Having agency over your sexual health and well-being is a point of great empowerment through one’s teenage years and into adulthood. Here is a simple, introductory list of sexual health materials available to you for free here at Grace!
- Female and male condoms (Through the Nurse’s Office)

- Tampons/pads (Through the Nurse’s Office)

- Information!- guidance on where to go for free health screenings. information on contraception, answers to questions regarding STIs, etc. are available through the Grace Nurse’s office.
- Counselors trained in mental health and well being including Mr. Chan, Ms. Walker, Reverend Hummel, and Dr. Cheung. These adults are especially good resources if you are for example, questioning your sexual identity (and/or gender identity) or desire confidential guidance on your sexual readiness
- Information pamphlets are also available for you and your families through the nurse’s office
These comprehensive resources are extremely important to acknowledge in order to ensure your reproductive health and safety. Getting your questions and concerns addressed regarding your sexual well-being is a lifelong process, resources at Grace are available to help you make important decisions about relationships, sexuality, and sexual behavior.
