Meet Our New Security Guard

Though we are all sad to see Daron go, we have also gained another important member of our community. I got a chance to ask our new security guard some questions about the job and learn some more about him.

Name: Clifford Joseph

What were you doing before you came to Grace?  “I was in healthcare; I was a health care analyst.”

Have you worked in a High School before? “No, this is my first time.”

Are you from New York?  “Yes, I am originally from Rochester, NY.”

When did you come to the city? “1996. I moved to Queens.”

What is a fun fact about you? “I used to do acting and modeling. I also like amusement parks. I am also planning on skydiving. This summer I am going to practice with indoor skydiving before I do the real thing”

How are you feeling about working here/ what are you looking forward to? “I am very excited. I am looking forward to becoming part of the community and forming relationships with the staff and students. It’s something new.”

What is your favorite sports team? “I’m a Knicks fan. Actually, I like all New York teams. I like the Bills, the Nets, and the Jets too. Also, I am a Warriors fan”
