When Mr. Davison sent out a message around 10:15 on Wednesday night confirming that Grace would be closing on Thursday, many students celebrated. (Interesting Fact: This was only the fifth snow day at Grace Church in the past 30 years.)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The actual snowstorm began at 2 AM and continued all the way through 3 PM on Thursday afternoon. Temperatures dropped to a low of 15 degrees, causing Thursday to be extremely cold and windy. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Many Grace students took the much deserved day off as an opportunity to play in the snow; given it would only be fresh on the ground for so long. Given the fact that it snowed a grand total of 8 inches on Thursday, many also opted to enjoy the snow from their houses instead of braving the ferocious storm.
