The Peer Leadership program pairs high school mentors with grades 5 through 8 to reinforce the Grace mission: building a school community that feels like family.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For many Peer Leaders, the experience is just as rewarding for them as it is for the kids. \u201cI like hanging out with younger kids,\u201d said Anika V. \u201827<em>,<\/em> a Junior Peer Leader. \u201cThey have interesting things to say and have fun ideas. They provide us with a new perspective.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Oli L. \u201826<em>,<\/em> a Senior Peer Leader, agreed. \u201cIt is now my second year as a Peer Leader, and I love being in a class with very outgoing, energetic people. These people want to be there to do what Peer Leaders do: help others.
