The start of a new year is a time to take control of our lives. We can accomplish so much if we act on our goals. My guess is that you made a list of things you want to do as your \u201cNew Year\u2019s resolutions\u201d and then you threw it out on January 1st pretending it never existed. Maybe you got a membership to that new gym you think you will start working out in, but you went once and never returned. It\u2019s much easier to claim to work out then to actually do the deed. I hope that you made goals, not resolutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Resolutions solve problems, and your goals should not be a problem but something you reach for.
