The past ten years at Grace Church School have been a time of building and growth. From theater productions to championship games, from service projects to graduations, the High School’s inaugural years have been packed with student achievement. Just a few of the amazing moments captured at Grace during the 2010s are cataloged below, recapping each year, beginning from the origins of the High School.
Parents and students help recovery efforts from Hurricane Sandy and begin collecting goods for communities hardest hit.
2013
The Girl Up Club designed a Bridge Walk to raise funds for girls’ education around the globe. Students then walk from the Williamsburg Bridge to the Brooklyn Bridge and finally to Manhattan Bridge.
2015
Students in the High School Green Team visit Washington DC to work with the Friends National Legislative Committee to learn about climate lobbying.
2016
High School Service Learning students create a blood drive on Halloween, including vampire teeth for donations.
2019
Students partake in the NYC Climate Strike.
